Coaching slots are limited and require a time commitment from both sides.
If you need to reschedule, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
If SPA ever offers physical merchandise or shipped items, refund terms will be listed on those specific product pages.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing mistakes.
We are not responsible for purchases made without the account owner’s permission (e.g., a child using a parent’s card or stolen identity).

If you enroll in an SPA Membership:
Your billing cycle renews automatically unless cancelled before the subsequent payment deadline (monthly or annually).
You may cancel at any time, but cancellations apply to future billing periods.
Access ends when the billing cycle ends.
No partial refunds for canceled periods.
All SPA content—including courses, PDFs, guides, books, logos, designs, videos, and training systems—is owned exclusively by Softball Parents Academy.
You may not:
Reproduce or resell any content
Share login information
Upload SPA content to social media or third-party platforms
Use SPA materials to build your own program, training, or business
Violations may result in revoked access and/or legal action.
Softball Parents Academy is not responsible for:
